  Henry Horenstein

Henry Horenstein is a professional photographer, author, and educator who has published over thirty books for children and adults, including the best-selling Black & White Photography, the most widely used textbook in the field, and monographs Racing Days, Creatures, Canine, and Aquatics. His photographs are in many major museums and collections internationally. Henry lives in Boston and teaches photography at Rhode Island School of Design.

Eddie Stubbs played the fiddle n the popular bluegrass band the Johnson Mountain Boys for eighteen years, and subsequently found employment with WSM-AM and became a Grand Ole Opry Announcer. In 2002, he received the prestigious 'Large Market Broadcast Personality Of The Year' award from the Country Music Association.

Charles McGovern is Curator of American Popular Culture at the National Museum of American History, Smithsonian Institution, responsible for such shows as "Rock & Soul: Social Crossroads," a permanent exhibition on the the social roots of American music. He is currently at work on a book on American music, citizenship and race in the mid-20th century.
